Joerg Gaebler is president and founder of Smart-Energy, Inc., a start-up firm in the renewable energy field near Boston, MA. Prior to establishing Smart-Energy, Mr. Gaebler worked in management positions for several German companies responsible for new business development in the United States and Germany. His last position was at Schunk Group; an international manufacturer of specialty machinery for the solar industry. After completing a Degree in Business Administration in the US, Mr. Gaebler received a Masters in Science in renewable energies from the Technical University of Vienna. His Master thesis covered the solar thermal market of the United States in cooperation with Wagner Solartechnik, Germany, and AEE intec, Austria
